    Sumy H. Chang, M.D., FACS, earned her medical degree at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University, NY, and completed a residency in general surgery at Staten Island University Hospital. She is fellowship trained in breast surgery from Beth Israel Medical Center/St Luke’s-Roosevelt Medical Center, N.Y., now known as Mount Sinai West and Mount Sinai Chelsea. She is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and her professional memberships include the American Society of Breast Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons.
