Abnormal conditions of the urinary tract and kidneys are among the most common pediatric health concerns in the United States, affecting millions of children each year.

At Monmouth Medical Center, board-certified urologists Michael H. Fleisher, M.D., and Thomas S. Vates III, M.D., are fellows of both the American College of Surgery and American Academy of Pediatrics. They treat conditions of the male reproductive tract and the male and female urinary tracts and provide complete diagnostic and treatment options for pediatric patients with conditions that affect the urinary tract or kidneys or both.
