Who’s Behind the WAVE?

WAVE is a community health service of Clara Maass Medical Center and its team of highly qualified physicians and staff, who are passionate about the health and well-being of our community members ages 65 and older. WAVE is the first program in our region that brings no-cost, Medicare-funded wellness visits to seniors in their own communities.

The WAVE Program is made possible through a generous grant from The Healthcare Foundation of New Jersey.
